FREE READER Ü DOC The Thing From the Lake ¶ CITYBREAKSCHEAP The Thing From the LakeRoger Melin's narration was excellent clear and engaging with appropriate understated character voicesThe story itself was fun Creepy and strange with well developed main characters that I got very attached to It is slow to start but I was enjoying learning about the people so it kept my interest I kept with it all the way to the end to find out what was going on and the reveal did not disappointThere are some old fashioned attitudes towards gender disability and sex but these were not pervasive enough to spoil the story for me although I did find myself rolling my eyes at times
